Please be advised that our service is NOT being made and it should NOT be construed, that we are acting as an agent on behalf of any particular local, state or federal government entity or that we are specifically endorsed by any one of them.

All registrants irrevocably agree that in consideration of assisting in the recovery of their funds or property, 10% of the proceeds recovered are assigned to Money Search. If no funds or property is recovered there is no compensation. Estate cases and fees will be dealt on a case by case basis. Money Search may charge additional fees above the standard 10% to cover the costs of reuniting county probated estates. 

Processing a case can take anywhere from 60 -180 days, or more in the case of a county probated estate, it all depends on the dollar amount and complexity of the case. This agreement between Money Search and the Registrant is valid for 12 months. In case of an already initiated county probated estate the contract will automatically be extended for the necessary time to conclude that specific case. 

It will be Money Search's obligation to submit all paperwork required to process your case, it will be the registrant's obligation to submit all required and requested documents to Money Search for processing.

All expenses to process a case are solely borne by Money Search, no upfront fees are charged, if no funds or property is recovered the registrant owes nothing.

Registrant agrees that 90% of any proceeds from the holder will be assigned to them and 10% of the proceeds are to be assigned to Money Search. 

Regsitrant acknowledges the fact and declares that they were not aware they were entitled to any funds, property or proceeds until they were specifically advised by Money Search.

Registrants acknowledges that all documentation and statements submitted  to Money Search for processing their case are accurate and truthful.

Registrant irrevocably agrees not to circumvent Money Search or duplicate efforts regarding the same assigned case (s) for the contracted period. Money Search holds the exclusive right to cancel the agreement, Registrant cannot cancel once a case has been initiated.

Registrant agrees to receive communications regarding their case via phone, text message, mail and email.

Registrant agrees that in the case of any dispute, proceedings are to be held at and by the Chula Vista Small Claims (South County Division) or South County Superior Court of California located at 500 Third Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91910.

Money Search's SOLE activity is to assist the Registrant in the recovery of their funds or property, we do NOT offer any legal or financial advice and are NOT qualified, or licensed to do so.
