Registrants irrevocably agree that in consideration of assisting in the recovery of the funds to the Registrant, 10% of the proceeds recovered are assigned to Money Search. 

Processing a case can take anywhere from 60 -180 days. It all depends on the amount and complexity of the case.

Money Search will email you a list of the documents required to process your case. They may include some of the following:

• Copy of  a valid Government Issued Photo ID
• Proof of current address, such as a utility bill
• Some proof of past address listed with holder of your funds
• A signed statement that all the information you provide is true and correct
• Tax ID number

Once you register, we will mail you all the forms already filled out. They will only require your initials and WET signature. Once you have done so, you mail them back to us so we can proceed to process your case.

Because Money Search is on a strict CONTINGENCY basis, if no funds are recovered you owe us NOTHING.

NO, Money Search's works for you on a strict CONTINGENCY basis picking up any and all expenses to process your case.

As long as all the information requested is submitted your chances are VERY HIGH  about 80%-100% !

YES, Money Search will contact you by email if new funds are found for you.

YES, because were are only on a 10% CONTINGENCY fee, we can only handle cases of $1,000 or more.

It is difficult to provide and average case dollar amount, we've seen them go from a few dollars on the low end to $250,000 and more on the high end.

YES, besides being our strict company policy, BY LAW, Money Search is obligated to afford the REGISTRANT a commitment to respecting their privacy and handling personal data responsibly. Your data will ONLY be shared with the holder of your funds and will be shared with them for the SOLE PURPOSE of recuperating your funds. It will NEVER be shared or used in ANY other way.   

YES, our website is SSL certified. A digital file has been installed on our website's server that enables secure, encrypted communication (HTTPS) between the user's browser and the server. It authenticates our website's identity, preventing attackers from impersonating the site, and secures any sensitive data provided.

YES, we'd be glad to meet you in person, it would actually SPEED up the processing time for your case by weeks if not months.

YES, we can help you. At your request, a Money Search representative can meet with you at YOUR location at a time and date that is convenient for you. This service is ONLY available within SAN DIEGO COUNTY.

The process and 10% fee is the same, although a bit more complex. Some additional documents will be needed such as:

• Certified death certificate (s)
• Wills
• Probate Status

YES, this works as well. You must submit NOTARIZED paperwork that proves your relationship and legal status as GUARDIAN for the recipient. 

Most mail centers such as Postal Annex or any UPS Store offers this service, cost is about $15 Dollars.

YES, in about 60 days, Money Search will provide you a link  by email so you can check statuts of your case on line 24/7. 

The holder of the funds will send you a check directly for  90% of the proceeds and send us the remaining 10%.

We are located in California, and under California law, our service does not require a license or any type of bond.

YES, our service is available to all nationwide. As a matter of fact even if you live outside of the USA. We have come across cases where the people living in countries like Canada, Japan, China, Mexico and other countries who are also owed money. The process is the same and required documents would be the same.
